Geez its been a crazy year since I started blogging and yeah call me a quiter but not really.

Just so preoccupied with so much stuff and business wasnt been so good here in States.

So many things happened and sad if you really ask me. 2008 was been unfortunate year for so many of us esp here in States - lots of people lost there house, job, earning and so on.

I thought 2008 would be a great year since 8 was my favorite number (very superstitious when itscome to numbers - i do hate #6 anything associated with 6 dont like it).

We here in States got a new President (Obama) and hope that things will turn for the better.

To Jen what can I say hmmm I'm always here to support you thru your up and down moments and can't wait to seeyou back in States - enough with the Philippine Island hahaha. Wish you a great and injury free 2009 LPGA season.

I will cut this short and I promise to post more stuff.

So great to have Youtube man. So much stuff you can put on or watch (posted by millions around the globe). Most of the time I use Youtube for past TV programs/shows or almost about anything. I posted some (most golf stuff LOL) but I saw some funny stuff out there as in like 1. Baby devil eyes laughing (my all time Favorites and here my current top picks. Thanks to DATS for posting that Charlie bit my finger RFLMAO watching that video. Hope DATS will make his own version of this WHATEVER (cute little I think Chinese girl). Kids just so adorable.

The past few days its been like 80's or more here in Vegas. Not complaining but rather have a cold or chilly weather-soundin like I need to move to Seattle LOL. Buy anyway I decided to get my hair short so no need to fix or put anything when I decide to see the sun outside. Went to a salon here next to some Starbucks (No I didnt get any Mocha Frapps :( For the first time it was not a Filipino (She's Black - very nice btw) cuts my hair LOL. At first I was reluctant but at the end I decided to get my haircut just to get over it. Suprisingly I LOVE IT and gave her $10 tips plus $18.00 Haircut. But at the end b4 leaving the salon I was able to spend $61.00 for Shampoo/Conditioner and couple hair gel etc.

Sorry if I haven't blog for a while. Just took some project and I have only few weeks to finish.

so sick and tired of the recent events back home (Philippines) SAD SAD to much dirty politics goin on. Im sad because my less fortunate kababayan is paying off for all this CRAP.

Well glad to hear couple things recently though woohoo.

1. The Papaya Dance by Edu Manzano was shown here at ABC News. Kudos to Edu Manzano.

2. Arnel Pineda - wow what can I say about this dude - LUCKY ONE!!! I cant wait to get the new JOURNEY BAND DVD/CD this coming June 2008. Even Ellen Degeneres took acknowledge not only of his talent but of many Filipinos talents back in the Philippines.Its about time we get the recognition we truly deserved - long over due if you ask me. Well i missed their concert here in Las Vegas few weeks ago (What a bummer!!!). Anyway hope next time I could go and could careless how much the ticket will be IM GOING. Well getting goosebump everytime I watch this video.

Oh thanks to Ellen Degeneres for supporting our talented artist - more to come hope so.

Im just so so happy (words cant even express how I feel really) upon learning your best buddy just won a WORLD CUP of GOLF (one of the most prestigous trophy among World tournament that is). I was up at 3am during that week - texting and emailing JRO.

Ask me If I was suprise that they won - HECK NO I know they can do it trust me I knew this lady since the amatuer days. Well Im just waiting for my BALATO LOL when she comes back here in States.

Planning to send her flowers (RED ROSES) for the Valentine days comes Feb 14 in Oahu, Hawaii

I had been sick the past days (Flu and colds) I figured I got from playin golf here last week (Was rainin a little bit but was way too cold learned my lesson already).But the thing is I cant just quit the game like that. I was with my buddies and not niceto leave them right in the middle of the game (call it bad etiqutte in golf).

It has been a CRAZY weather here in Las Vegas past weeks - Sunny in the morning then Cloudy then rains comes afternoon then cold windy around late afternoon. I dot knowif its from El Nino or some EL MOTHERFUCKINDONTKNOWWHEREYOUCAMEFROM phenomenom LOL.

Anyway I just hope to feel better in coming days - I hate getting SICK man cant do much really.

Here we go again - first LPGA tournament of the year. So eager to find out whose leading - well I like the tandem of our very own Jennifer Rosales and Dorothy Delasin - they both know their strength and weaknesses. 2006 I almost had a chance to see them play in South Africa but Jennifer withdrew last minute so I decided to just cancelled everything since I'm always rooting for Miss JRO and its pointless to go all the way there and not see her play bummer. Im so so so happy to see Jenny's playing again for the World Cup (also Gerald Rosales - Jen's brother played for the Philippines last World Cup). I know one thing she's happy to play for the RP team and wish to play more in the future.

This lady cracks me up everytime I watched TFC. Oh man what else can I say about POKWANG - probably millions knows her already, no need for introduction. I admire her guts and determination especially on a working enviroment she's in now (lot's of hypocrites and fakes). You know how da BUZZ world now adays if your not pretty, skinny and tall your not IN but POKWANG made it thru the rains.

Everytime I watch the Wowowee show (some of you might hate me but I prefer Willie over Joey) Pokwang have something to offer to everybody as in jokes and outfits (Some were Outrageously Funny).

For sure when I get back home POKWANG will be on my MUST SEE list/or endangered species to see/visit while in the Phils hehehe only kidding Pokweng.

Just learn from one close friend of mine today that he got LAID OFF. So sad coming from a friend that you hang out with a lot. He's str8 and Gymrats LOL we had a talk for half an hour on the phone - he sounds very sad you know its NEW YEAR and your unemployed :(

Im very lucky that my business is doing fine and don't have to worry about workin with somebody else - I mean I'm my own BOSS but I have to work twice or ten times harder because Im doing everything from Accounting - Dealing w/ clients and my own paycheck. If I get lazy and decide to do nothing - I have no check or money LOL.

He decided today to take a vacation in the Philippines (I really wanted to go) it's so cheap right now to go home ($1,104) but Im not ready - I had so much stuff to do here and that's the worse thing having your own business, sometime you don't have time to go somewhere else in pronto. Also I'm a type of person that everything is schedule or else i will be totally lost.

He asked me to borrow my digital camera - I said in one condition LOL loko meeh - he just laughed.

I included couple song for my jukebox for two reason I'm one of their BIGGEST fans here in States. Not just some of their old song were kinda gospel but some are just totally RAD to listen to. A post without mentioning Mariah Carey is NOT so Jhune:P

I been an avid fan of her since day first I heard Mariah's first single. Owned some of her rare cd dated back 1992 when I first moved to Japan. Back then (talkin about 1992) cost around Y2,800 each Cd there yep aound $30.00 each plus some bonus track (tracks that is not available most US release CD version). One of which I saw on ebay was worth $150.00 in good condition so probably now I have atleast $1000.00 worth of hard to find Mariah Cd cool cool but I don't have any intention on selling them in the near future :P . Can't wait for her next cd release hopefully before the year end or early if they can LOL. Her music makes me relax and in some situation (at worst) remembers some old friends or ex LOL. She looks great while celebrating New Years at one of the trendy club here in Vegas (Tao night club).
Lastly I actually name one of my all time Filipino foods - Kare Kare as in Mariah !!!

So what is Amboy ???

I'm always a big fan of wikipedia so I decided to check what Amboy really is :O

"Amboy is a nearly empty ghost town in California's Mojave Desert roughly 60 miles (97 km) northeast of Twentynine Palms. It was once a major stop along famous Route 66 but has seen much lower visitation since the opening of Interstate 40 to the north in 1973. So now it's a place some where near Mojave Desert. Wow didn't know that or never heard of the place exist.

But the truth behind the name Amboy was originally from my Yaya back then. She used to call me that: Dunno if it's because my nice Yaya knew that Im headin for the States very soon. All I know I was damn LAZY when I was a kid (Give some credits here man Im being honest YO !!!).
Very lazy to get up for school - Lazy to study - I love when there's a Begyo (storm) you know what I sayin - NO SCHOOL man. I got used to our maids doing my homework (man kahet maid ko sila they're smarter than me LOL) Even my project from school man - Im totally lazy LOL

So that's the reason behind the name AMboy - maybe because (some) American are lazy too LOL. Amboy as in American Boy aka LAZY Boy :)

FYI I said I was lazy then. I'm the opposite now (masipag ne ako ngeyon)

On the way home I went to pick up my Mom's medicine/prescription stuff and guess who I bump into at Walgreens Drug Store - Martin Nievera Twin Sister named Victoria.

Actually we know her since 2005 - She's very mabait in person and yeah she talks like Martin too LOL

Martin's House used to be few blocks away from our family business here and yes she bought some stuff from us (even applied for a job one time) - she wants the job because its closer to her place or I mean Martin House. Now they moved to Anthem just 5-10 minutes from their old house.

Don't know how to start this but its been long over due.

I mentioned my last post that Im lucky enough to be friends with these bunch of talented,smart and accomplish people and so on (too many to mentioned).

But in life its not all success that we always encounter in life.

Both of them struggle last year - one due to a relationship and the other was from injury.

First was Danny Roberts from MTV Real World (New Orleans)- I known him past 7 years and I saw his life change from simple College Student from GA to end up one of the most popular GAY Icon here in States. His relationship with Paul was one I admire the most.

But last year was total dissapointment from us (friends that is). I thought it would be one of those happy ending relationship but we were wrong and devastated. Danny confronted me thru email that they split up after almost 7 yrs of relationship.

I was definitely sad and dissapointed not knowing what really happened or if there was a person or someone involved. Eventhough after the "BREAK UP" - Im still friends with both Danny and Paul and hope both of them already moved on and remain friends. I hope to see Danny soon (he moves to New York City) and to Paul still lives in Seattle,WA. Btw Paul is Half Filipino/Irish and can cook some killer Chix Adobo.

Second was of course my girl Jennifer Rosales - hmmm what can I say about this Pinay - Cute and Stylish. I been an avid fans of her since Amatuer days. She was one of the most succesful Pinay Golfer of all time - records will proves this one.

But the past couple years was a total dissapoinment for her and fans (friends too). As you all know most golfer problems is either thru back or wrist injury (also Jason Day current problems). She struggle from injury the past 5/6 years I felt for her.

Even Jenny's hurt she's out there grinding not for herself but for the country as well. I wish her a great 2008 and keep that smile Miss JRO. She's back with her swing coach Bong Lopez Woohoo Im happy and I think its a good start.

She will be playing with Dorothy Delasin this coming World Cup in South Africa (Jan 18-21).

Today Sony's Open will be the first for a Filipino to play Full time on the PGA Tour. His name is Jason Day born in Australia and raised by his Pinay Mom. Day's Dad passed away when he was only 12 yrs of age. When I read this guy resume or saw his photos about 4 years ago - I knew right away thats there something Filipino on this kid. I even told and posted to my friend Jennifer Rosales website about this kid - being a Filipino that is.

I guess I'm lucky enough to be friends with this 2 Pinay Golfer (the other one is Dorothy Delasin) but Jennifer is the one I support the most. She came to Las Vegas last year and was lucky enough to met the whole family (even talk to her mom from 9th Hole to 18th throughout the game - I would say Jennifer Rosales mom is the coolest mom I ever talk too - won't forget that talk I had with Jennifer Rosales Mom - it was Priceless.

A New Day for all Filipino Golfer when Sony Open in Hawaii start this Thursday (Jan 10, 2008) history will be made.

Looking serious LOL don't remember what hole this one but I'm guessin it was from a par 5 ( It was a long fairway and Im picking which side whould I hit the ball for my second shot - I made par on this hole - Arroyo Golf Club by Red Rock).

I been playing golf the past 3 yrs already and Jennifer Rosales - whom I considered one of the most influential person not just for me but to all golfer back home in the Philippines. JRO as we call em - was one of the reason I switch my sport from Tennis (playing for almost 22yrs). I will post more on Jennifer Rosales.

What the hell is KIKAY Kits ???
I've been away from home for almost 18 yrs and now confuse me with all these new Tagalog terms.

I know whats KiKi and KitKat is but Kikay you got me lost.

Tried Wikipedia.org response was ZERO as in NADA - then tried Google and woops got bunch of YOU GO "gurrly" website. So I figured its a gurrly term or Tagalog word adopted by most gaymen LOL.

Check some of the site and here's what I got "Kikay is a term mostly to describe the "girly" personal grooming habits of a female, at its worst, it's also used to describe a shallow female obsessed with physical beauty or appearance or someone so very vain.

So Whats the real meaning of Kikay ???

Some says:

Is it like clown/jokester?

Others said:

kikay doesn't mean like a clown or jokester.. it means a girl who loves fashion..make ups, lipstick..and some sort of girly stuff. i can't explain it further!

and some say its a slang word and believe that it doesnt even exist int he Tagalog-English dictionary... used to hear that word from my friends,saying for example,that girl is "kikay",which means,shes funny,she always crack jokes,shes a joker,she always giggles...

so now Im really confuse LOL.

But wait DID I just read Shallow, Obsessed and Vain Ooouch you mean to say Insecurity LOL.

I'm not here to judge nobody who has Kikay Kits or Kikay but is that supposed to be what Kikay is all about.

Well anyway for me I would just call it as my Essential 101 da stuff that Jhuneyboy can't live without it hahaha or worst DIE without one (only kidding).
